Korintje cinnamon comes from Indonesia, and can sometimes be referred to as ‘baker’s cinnamon’. It’s the most common type of cinnamon found in North America. More perfumed and pungent than Ceylon Cinnamon, use this ground cinnamon in sweet recipes (e.g., pies, cakes, cookies, oatmeal, or muffins), or in savory dishes (e.g., tagines, curries, pickles and preserves, or tea and coffee.)
