Korintje cinnamon comes from Indonesia, and can sometimes be referred to as ‘baker’s cinnamon’. It’s the most common type of cinnamon found in North America. More perfumed and pungent than Ceylon Cinnamon, use these cinnamon chips to infuse cider or wine, add to coffee grounds or tea leaves, add to pickling brines, preserved fruit, or chutneys, or add to rice dishes, chili, or curries.

These chunks of cinnamon vary in size, between 1” -2” in length.
