Spread some newspaper on your picnic table, grab some friends and family, and have an old fashioned crab or shrimp boil with this flavorful blend as the star. Shrimp, crab, and lobster become delectable when boiled in this traditional blend.

Use for:

  • Crab and shrimp boil: Add one tablespoon per quart of water and simmer covered about 15 minutes. Add the seafood and boil until cooked thoroughly.

  • For a full meal, layer potatoes, corn on the cob, sausage, and the shellfish of your choice in a large pot. Add water and seasoning (per quantities above), and simmer until potatoes are tender and seafood is cooked through. Cover a table with layers of newspaper, set out bowls of lemon and cocktail or tartar sauce, and pour the contents of the pot down the middle of the table. Gather your friend and family, and enjoy!

Ingredients: allspice, mustard, pepper, dill, bay leaves, coriander, sea salt, celery seed, ginger.
