Still a favorite today for many of our customers, this is a classic beef rub that enhances the meatiness of the cut without adding too much additional flavor. The coarse-cut spices are ideal for grill or oven cooking.

Use For:

• season prime rib, tenderloin roast, crown roast, lamb chops

• add to hamburger for steak-house quality burgers

• coat potatoes for a flavorful baked potato
