Milder and similar in flavor profile to Greek Oregano, marjoram is pleasantly bitter and pungent. Use it to season eggs, salads, steamed fish and vegetables, and dumplings. It’s warm flavor is a compliment to bouquet garni, herbes de Provence, and Italian herb mixes.
